1) Open the Administrator Tools application
Click on the button of the chapter "Setup"  of the main menu.
<The button "Setup"  turns orange and the icons of the Setup menu are displayed now>
Click on the "Administrator Tools"  icon.
<The Administrator applications opens.>
You can now work with the administrator tools.
2) Select the "Language" tab
Click on the tab with the title "Language"  .
<The Language tab opens now>
You can now import languages.
3) Import languages
Click the "Open Folder" button. 
<The Open Folder window appears. >
Select the folder "LanguagesVxxx" from the directory "C:\Program Files\BPO\Languages".
<All checkboxes turns to active>
Select the languages you want to import.
Click the "Start"  button to start the import of the languages.
<A progress indicator appears showing you the status of the import>
The languages are now imported
**Restart the BPO system to activate the imported languages |
